SERVICES Selling and Renting First thing is the valuation. We will visit you at a mutually convenient time and give you our opinion of the valuation of the property. This service is provided absolutely free with no strings attached. If you decide to instruct Hannah Homes to sell your property, we will return to your home and take both external and internal photographs and prepare a provisional set of details for you to amend if necessary. Once these particulars have been checked over by you and amended if necessary, we would then prepare several sets of details sheets and carry out a mail shot to existing potential purchasers. We would also prepare window display cards, and place your property onto the following websites:- In the case of anyone wishing to view your property, we would try to give at least 24 hours notice in advance, but this is not always possible. We can arrange any advertising you wish carried out and can advertise in any local or national newspaper you choose. At the time of take on, an agreed budget will be set for this. When we are instructed to sell your property we charge an introduction fee of £125 which covers the cost of colour photographs, sales particulars, window display cards and placing onto the websites mentioned above. Any advertising is charged up front. We undertake not to go over budget without checking with you first. Our selling fee is 1.25% of the obtained sale price of your property. Payment of our invoice should be made the day the property changes hands and should be made by your solicitor. |
