First thing is the valuation. We will visit you at a mutually convenient time and give you our opinion of the valuation of the property. This service is provided absolutely free with no strings attached. If you decide to instruct Hannah Homes to sell your property, we will return to your home and take both external and internal photographs and prepare a provisional set of details for you to amend if necessary.

Once the draft schedule has been checked over by you and amended if necessary, we would then prepare several sets of details sheets and carry out a mail shot to existing potential purchasers. We would also prepare window display cards, and place your property onto the following websites:-
